This Past Weekend

This past weekend was really busy again. Time sure is flying by since we have moved back to Minnesota. Saturday we were busy all day. In the morning we went over to Auntie Joni's house with Cyndy and Landen so she could take Landen's pictures. He did really good...he loves the camera. I think the pictures are going to turn out really cute. Then around 3:00 we went and found a spot on the side of the road in St.Francis and waited for David to pass on his motorcycle because he was riding in the Patriot Ride. It is a 75 mile charity ride for the military. There were over 1000 bikes, so it was really neat to see when they all passed by.

Sunday, was Father's Day. In the morning David, Branden and I went to McDonalds to eat and play. Lately, that is one of Branden's favorite places to go beside the beach. After that David went and got more work done on his tattoo. So Branden and I just hung out at home and relaxed. My Dad and Mom were up at the cabin all weekend so we didn't get to spend father's day with them. But that evening we spent father's day with David's parents and his sister's family. We went to OutBack, it was really good!

Lastweek, when we went to the beach Branden made a huge step by going in to the water and actually walking far out. And when he fall in the water he actually laughed and wanted to do it again. I was so happy that he loves the water. He use to be so afraid of it. Now when we go to the beach he will even have more fun.

We still can't get our pictures to upload on to our laptop. We don't know what is wrong. So hopefully soon David will figure it out.

So Busy

Hello Everyone! Yep, i'm still here! But i've been so busy lately I hardly have any time to jump on the computer and now that my cell phone has internet I always just check my email from there so I really never even get on the computer anymore. I think once we finally get into our house and I am back into a regular schedule I will start writting more. I'm mad i'm not writting as much though because I have a horrible memory and this really is the only way I can remember things that have happened in my life and with Branden. So lets see if I can recall anything from this past week. Well, I know last weekend was pretty busy for us because there was a lot of carnivals going on. Friday night we went to a parade in our town, it pretty much sucked. We only stayed for a little bit because it was so bad. On Saturday, we went to another parade and carnival. That one was so much better. And Branden really enjoyed the petting zoo. He loved the baby goats so much. He was hugging them and giving them kisses. I was in shock at how much he loved all the animals. We were there for about a hour. After that we went to David's sister's house for a BBQ. Joni cooked up a bunch of good food for us.

Last Tuesday and this Tuesday I have been playing Trivia at the old Rapids. It is so much fun. I have been really enjoying my girls night out. All girls are welcome next time we go! I think we are planning to go again this next Tuesday!

Branden is doing really well. He is getting so big. I can tell he has grown so much these past 6 weeks. He talks so much. He is always singing and counting and he really loves animals.

We still close on our house on June 29th. We are so excited. We bought new bedroom furniture the other day. We are really excited to have a KING size bed! We plan on moving in at the beginning on august.

David has been working for my Dad. He really enjoys doing construction. He does work a lot, but I don't think it bothers him because he loves the work.

Sorry still no pictures because our laptop card reader is broken, so we have to buy something to transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer.

Beach, Beach, Beach

The weather has been so nice out these past few days so Branden and I have been spending lots of time at the beach. Branden really loves the beach. There is so much sand for him to play with and since school isn't out yet the beach is pretty much empty so he has lots of room to run around. Branden will actually walk out into the water, which was really suprising to me because he is really afraid of pools. Hopefully if we go to the beach enough this summer he will want to maybe sit in the water. Yesterday when we went to the beach we went with a few friends who also have kids. Branden really enjoyed playing with one of the boys. He was actually playing with him. They were playing catch. So neat to see him interacting with other kids, he usually is so shy or wants only to play or sit right next to me.

Last night, David, my Dad, my sister and I went to a Twins game. It was a lot of fun to be out with everyone and it has been a long time since David and I have been out together with out Branden. Branden stayed home with Grandma.
