House

Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on how our house hunting is going. Well, we have looked at a ton of houses already and today we think we found the "one." We are making an offer on it tonight, so we will see if we get it or not. Since it is a foreclosure they say we should know by Monday. We are writting in our purchase agreement first we want to get the house inspected to make sure everything is ok and if not we can pull out of our offer. The house we are making an offer on is right past Zimmerman on 169. It is a rambler, so that makes me happy and it is on 2 acres, so that makes David happy! Since it is a foreclosure it does need just a little bit of work...just new paint and carpet. Nothing big. David and I are both excited to finally have a house of our own soon.
